Thank you for shopping with MD LUXE. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). UNLESS CUSTOMS
- Customs take 3-4 weeks to be shipped
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs delays, or postal service disruptions.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery.
International Shipping
MD LUXE ships worldwide. Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged upon delivery.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. MD LUXE is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at justinadcov@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Pre-Orders or Custom Items
Items marked as pre-order or custom will ship according to the estimated production schedule noted on the product page.
