Thank you for shopping with MD LUXE. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with luxury products and an exceptional experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Used beauty or hygiene products (for health/safety reasons)
To initiate a return, please email justinadcov@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
If your return is rejected (due to wear, damage, or missing parts), we will notify you with options.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
